大鼠下颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞属性的研究

摘    要:用免疫组织化学ABC染色和镀银染色法研究大鼠下颌下腺颗粒曲管(GCT)细胞的属性,发现大鼠下颌下腺GCT细胞呈嗜铬粒素A和神经元特异性烯醇化酶免疫反应阳性,但镀银染色呈阴性,因此认为大鼠下颌下腺GCT细胞可归属于消化道弥散神经内分泌系统。

Abstract:The Gremelius argyrophilic staining and immunohistochemical ABC methods were used to study the property of the granular convoluted tubule(GCT) of rat submandibular gland. Results: GCT cell in submandibular gland showed chromogranin A and neuron specific enolase immunoreactivity, but not showed argyrophilic staining. Therefore, the GCT cell in submandibular gland may be considered as a part of diffused neuroendocrine system.
