摘    要:目的:探讨血二胺氧化酶(DAO)在严重创(烧)伤后肠粘膜屏障功能损伤中的变化及意义。方法:测定多种伤(烧)伤动物模型和烧伤患者或(和)组织DAO活性,结合相关指标和小肠组织病理变化探讨肠粘膜屏障功能损伤。结果:严重创伤后的前24小时即见血DAO显著升高,表明创伤早期即有肠粘膜屏障功能的损伤。②血浆DAO的变化与小肠组织DAO的变化呈负相关,与内毒素(LPS)、血乳酸(Lac)、D-乳酸、肿瘤坏死因

The significance of changes in diamine oxidase activity in intestinal injury after trauma
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the significance of changes in diamine oxidase (DAO) activity in reflecting intestinal injury after trauma.Methods:A series of studies was performed to determine whether plasma DAO levels can be used as a sensitive indicator of intestinal barrier function injury in animal trauma models and burn patients.Results:Plasma DAO activity significantly increased during the first 24 hours after injury both in patients and animal models.The changes in DAO activity were significantly correlated with plasma lactate,endotoxin,tumor necrosis factor level,lactulose/mannitol ratio as well as pathological examination of intestinal mucosa.Conclusions:These data suggest that intestinal barrier function is damaged during the early stage after trauma and plasma DAO activity may be a useful marker of intestinal injury after trauma.
