人性化护理在核医学科中的运用

目的探讨人性化护理在核医学科中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年10月到2014年1月本院核医学科检查患者118例为研究对象，随机将其平均分成两组，即观察组与对照组，对照组患者采取常规护理措施，而观察组患者采取人性化护理措施，并对两组患者的治疗依从性及其满意度等情况进行分析与对比。结果观察组患者的依从率（100％）明显高于对照组（89．83％），差异明显，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者的满意度为98．31％，明显高于对照组（84．75％），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.结论对核医学科检查患者采取人性化的护理措施，能够有效提升患者的依从性，提高对护理服务的满意度。

The application of the humanistic nursing in department of nuclear medicine

Objective： To observe the effect of the humanistic nursing in department of nuclear medicine. Methods： 118 patients, which were treated in our hospital from Oct 2013 to Jan 2014, were divided randomly into the control group and the observation group, each group for 59 cases. The control group was given the conventional nursing, and the observation group was given the humanistic nursing. The treatment compliance and the satisfaction of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results： The treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was also better than the control group. There was a significant difference between them. Conclusion： Applying the humanistic nursing for patients with department of nuclear medicine not only can improve the treatment compliance of patients, but also improve the satisfaction for nursing.
