注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病临床疗效观察

目的探讨注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病的疗效。方法选取手足口病患者183例，随机分为治疗组（96例）、对照组（87例），对治疗前和治疗3天后患者总体疗效进行评估，并对两组皮疹及口腔疱疹消退天数和退热天数进行比较。结果治疗组有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），治疗组皮疹及口腔疱疹消退天数和退热天数均短于（P〈0．05）和显著短于（P〈0．01）对照组。结论注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷对手足口病有较好疗效，其对缩短皮疹及口腔疱疹时间、减少发热天数有一定作用。

Methods select 183 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease, were randomly divided into treatment group （96 cases） and control group （87 cases）, before the treatment and evaluation of the efficacy of treatment of 3 days, and the two groups of rash and oral herpes fade days and days of fever. Results the treatment group effectiveness is significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.01）, treatment group rash and oral herpes fade days and the days are short in the fever （P 〈 0.05） and significantly shorter （P 〈 0.01） in the control group. Conclusion single vidarabine phosphate for injection of hand, foot and mouth disease has good curative effect, the rash and oral herpes to shorten the time, to reduce fever days have certain effect.
