精神分裂症家属心理健康教育干预研究

目的对精神分裂症患者家属的心理干预的效果进行分析和总结。方法采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对100名门诊精神分裂患者家属的心理健康状况进行测查，并按就诊先后顺序分为干预组和对照组各50例，对干预组实施为期半年的心理干预。结果精神分裂症患者家属的SAS和SDS评分显著高于常模。在干预前，干预组与对照组的心理健康状况差别无统计学意义。实施干预后，SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康比一般人差，心理干预能有效改善精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康状况。

Study of family mental health education intervention in schizophrenia

Objective to split the psychological intervention in patients with family members on the mental effect is analyzed and summarized. Methods self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and self rating Depression Scale （SDS） of 100 outpatientmental health of family caregivers of patients with schizophrenia were tested, anddivided randomly into intervention group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the implementation of psychological intervention for halfa year of the intervention group. Results the families of schizophrenic patients with SAS and SDSscores were significantly higher than the norm. Before intervention, the differenceof mental health intervention group and control group had no statistical significance. After intervention, SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion the families of schizophrenic patients with mental health worse than the average person, mental health status of psychological intervention can effectively improve the family members of patients with schizophrenia.
