| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腺样体肥大（AH）患儿的心理状况及经鼻内镜腺样体切除手术对其影响。方法应用儿童抑郁障碍自评量表（DSRSC）、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表（SCARED）对63例AH患儿鼻内镜腺样体切除手术治疗前后的心理状况进行分析，同时与健康对照组进行对比。结果AH患者儿童抑郁障碍自评量表、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表因子分较对照组明显增高（P〈0．05）。经鼻内镜腺样体切除术后3个月各项目评分趋于好转。结论AH患儿存在显著的心理卫生障碍，经鼻内镜腺样体切除术治疗有助于患儿的身心康复。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate psychological state of children with adenoid hypertrophy (AH), and the effect of endoscopic adenoidectomy on it. [Methods] 63 children were assessed with DSRSC and SCARED before and three months after endoscopic adenoidectomy. Statistical treatment was performed with T test. [Results] The subscores of anxiety, depression were higher than scores of control group. The DSRSC and SCARED scores trend to normal on the third month after operation. [Conclusions] Children with AH are more anxious and depressive than normal. Endoscopic adenoidectomy conduce to physical and mental rehabilitation of OSAHS. |
