住院病人静脉输液需求调查与分析

目的 :了解住院病人对静脉输液的需求与满意程度 ,分析原因 ,提供科学、有效的改进方法 ,满足病人的需求。方法 :对4 2 7名住院病人采取问卷调查的形式 ,了解他们在接受静脉输液治疗过程中 ,对护理服务的满意程度、不满意因素以及接受静脉输液治疗时最关心的问题等。结果 :住院病人对现有的静脉输液服务满意度为 92 .0 3% ,不满意的主要原因是被动更换率高和穿刺技术水平有待提高 ,病人把安全输液作为治疗中最关心的问题。结论 :增加输液巡视次数、静脉穿刺技术水平和为病人提供安全静脉输液 ,作为改进输液服务的根本目的

Survey and analysis of requirements of inpatient during the period of transfusion

Objective: To learn the requirement and satisfaction rate of inpatient and provide a scientific and effective improved methods to meet inpatients requirement. Method: The questionnaire survey was conducted to 427 inpatients to learn the satisfaction rate of nursing service, the dissatisfied reasons and the most concerned matter during the period of transfusion. Results: The satisfactory degree of service of nursing is 92.03% during the period of transfusion. The dissatisfied reasons is mainly the level of technique of puncture. The most concerned matter of inpatients is the secure transfusion. Conclusion: It is important that the level of technique of puncture and the quality of periodic check-up be improved. It is necessary that the secure transfusion be intensified.
