| 摘 要： | 目的]用电针对周围性面瘫的预后进行预测。方法]取牵正、地仓二穴，针刺后用连续波连接二穴，观察面部肌群的收缩情况来判断面瘫的预后情况。结果]电针在治疗面瘫的同时可以预测预后。结论]电针可以预测面瘫的预后，简单、安全、经济，值得推广。

| Abstract: | >Objective] To forecast the prognosis of peripheral facial paralysis with electroacupuncture.Methods] Continuous wave was adopted to stimulate Qianzheng and Dicang after acupuncture,then to judge the prognosis of facial paralysis by observation on the contraction of facial muscles.Results]Electroacupuncture can forcast prognesis while treating facial paralysis.Conclusion] Electroacupuncture can be used to forecast the prognosis of facial paralysis,because of its simpleness,safety,economy and better popularization. |
