基于不同辨证思路论治骨关节炎研究现状*

中医药治疗骨关节炎注重辨证论治,但因历代医家认识骨关节炎的切入点有所不同,导致现代医家中医药辨治骨关节炎的理论体系各有所侧重,梳理发现目前主要从脏腑、六经、病因、络病、髓系等不同学术思路辨治骨关节炎,总体而言均取得了一定疗效,能较好地改善患者症状,提高生活质量,且不良反应较少。
