| 摘 要： | 目的:运用循证医学方法,对中西医结合治疗PCOS性不孕的临床疗效进行系统评价.方法:计算机检索万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊全文库,手工检索中西医结合治疗PCOS的临床观察文献资料,在严格质量评价基础上,合并各篇文献报道中排卵及妊娠为阳性结果,反之为阴性结果,对各篇研究结果进行检验,与原文献检验结果进行对比分析,对可以合并的研究结果进行Meta分析.结果:经分析纳入的6篇文献中,有3篇提示实验组与对照组排卵率差异有统计学意义.经Meta分析根据现有的文献,尚不宜肯定中西结合促PCOS排卵的有效性.1篇文献提示实验组与对照组妊娠率差异无统计学意义,但Meta分析结果提示中西医结合疗法能提高妊娠率.结论:目前的研究文献显示中西医结合对PCOS性不孕可能有一定的促排卵作用,就分析结果来说提示能提高妊娠率,但由于文献存在的方法学问题,直接影响了研究结果的真实性,欲得出公认的结论,还有待进行设计严谨的多中心、随机对照试验.
