| 摘 要： | 目的 研究幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染与胃癌前期变化的关系。方法 对胃活检组织病理切片等诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)、CAG伴肠上皮化生 (肠化 )、胃粘膜不典型增生的患者进行 HP的根除治疗 ,并与对照组比较。结果 与慢性浅表性胃炎组比较 ,HP感染与 CAG有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与肠化、不典型增生亦有关 (P<0 .0 1) ;根除 HP后 CAG、CAG伴肠化逆转不明显 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,胃粘膜不典型增生有显著好转 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 HP感染与胃癌前期变化有关。根除 HP有助于胃粘膜不典型增生的逆转

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between HP (helicobacter pylori) infection and gastric precancerous lesion. Methods The occurrences of HP in CAG (chronic atrophic gastritis) and CAG with intestinal metaplasia and/or dysplasia were studies. The degrees of CAG, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia were self compared before and after the eradication of HP.Results CAG, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia were significantly associated with HP infection. CAG and intestinal metaplasia were not affected significantly by the eradication of HP, but dysplasia was significantly reversed after the treatment. Conclusions HP infection was associated with gastric precancerous lesion, and the eradication of HP could help the reversion of dysplasia. |
