| 摘 要： | 目的：分析经导管射频消融术（RFCA）治疗阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）的疗效和合并症。方法：入选48例PSVT患者，均根据心内电生理检查结果诊断，而后行射频消融术，对射频消融术方法及术中、后并发症进行总结分析。结果：46例（95．83％）治愈，2例（4．17％）失败，4例（8．33％）出现合并症。2例复发再次行RFCA，其后随访6月，均未再发作心动过速。结论：射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速疗效颇佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect and complication of radiofrequency current catheter ablation(RFCA)on treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT)in 48 patients.Methods:The 48 PSVT patients diagnosed by in-cardial electrophysiologic examine were adopted RFCA,their effect and complication were retrospectively analysis.Results:The 46 patients(95.83%)were cured,two patients(4.17%)were fail for RFCA,four patients(8.53%)occurred complication and two patients(4.17%)appeared recurrence.The PSVT no attacked in 6 months after performed re-RFCA in recurrence patients.Conclusion:Radiofrequency current catheter ablation is effect and safe for treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. |
