摘    要:目的进一步研究微量元素硒(Se)镉(Cd)对心肌细胞的协同性影响。方法用细胞内微电极技术,分别测定了正常对照、高Cd、高Se伴高Cd条件下培养的大鼠心肌细胞生物电活动的改变。结果高CA状态下培养的心肌细胞,其静息电位(RP)减小、动作电位幅度(APA)降低、动作电位复极50%时的时程(APDs0)缩短,而高cd伴高Se条件下培养的心肌细胞,RIP、APA、APD%与对照组相比差异无显著性意义。提示:高Cd对培养的心肌细胞有损害作用;补Se可以对抗高cd对心肌细胞产生的损害。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the synergetic effect of selenium and cadmium on the electrophysiological properties of myocardial cells of the rat Methods: Intracellar microelectrode technique was used to study the electrophysiological changes of the myocardial cells cultured at different selenium and cadmium concentrations Results: When myocardial cells were cultured at high cadmium concentrations, the RP and APA decreased and APD 50 was shortened However, when selenium was added to the experimental system, these electrophysiological parameters had no significant changes compared with those in the control Conclusion: These results show that cadmium can injure the cultured myocardial cells and selenium plays an important role in preventing the cells from injury
