提高进修生培养质量的探讨

进修人员综合能力的训练和培养既影响着进修的效果,也影响着教学医院临床一线的工作质量。在进修生学习阶段,根据进修生的特点,充分运用现代化教学手段,不断强化临床实践,提高进修人员理论水平,培养进修生的科研能力,有计划、有步骤地进行医疗文书质量、计算机操作能力培训和考核,同时加强职业道德的培养,强化法制观念,明显提高了教学质量,得到了进修生的肯定和赞许。

Improving the Quality of Advanced Students Training

The training and fostering of advanced students＇ comprehensive abilities affect both the training re- suits and the quality of clinical tasks of the teaching hospital. Based on the characteristics of these students,our department makes full use of modern teaching methods and continuously strengthens the clinical practice at the learning stage of the students in order to improve their theoretical level and develop the capability of learn- ing. We not only provided planned and systematic training and assessment of how to improve the quality of medical instruments and computer operation ability for them, but also strengthened the cultivation of profes- sional ethics and law concepts. It has remarkably improved the teaching quality and obtained positive com- ments from the trainees.
