| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨视盘周围视网膜下出血（PPSRH）的临床特征、鉴别诊断及相关发病因素. 方法：回顾性分析22例患者24只眼的眼底表现及眼底荧光血管造影等临床资料. 结果：24只眼中,20只为近视眼,平均年龄22岁.24例中20例为单眼发病.PPSRH 7只眼,伴视盘表面出血16只眼,伴玻璃体出血2只眼.眼底荧光素血管造影（FFA）检查示PPSRH为遮蔽荧光,晚期视盘不规则强荧光或结节状强荧光,未见新生血管荧光素渗漏. 结论：根据FFA表现,PPSRH符合视乳头埋藏性玻璃疣的并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics,differential diagnosis and the related factors of peripapillary subretinal hemorrhage(PPSRH). Methods: The clinical documents of fundus fluoresce in angiography(FFA) of 22 patients(24 eyes) with PPSRH were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In all of those 24 eyes,20 were myopes,the average age was 22 years old,and 20 were affected unilaterally.7 eyes were PPSRH, 16 eyes were PPSRH with disc hemorrhage,and 2eyes were PPSRH with vitreous hemorrhage.In the FFA,the hemorrhages showed blocked fluorescence and the optic discs showed irregular hyperfluorescence or nodular hyperfluorescence at the late phase.The fluorescence leakage of neovascular were not observed. Conclusion:According to the FFA,PPSRH might be complication of the buried optic disc drusen. |
