| 摘 要： | 目的评价硅油泪点或泪管栓塞术治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法随机选择干眼症患者56例(112只眼),男35例(70只眼),女21例(42只眼)。年龄24~72岁。行硅油泪管栓塞术,以确定该方法的效果,利用主觉和客观临床检测方法评价其效果。结果泪点或泪管栓塞术后,泪液量明显增加,泪膜稳定性有所改善,干眼症状明显缓解。结论泪点或泪管硅油栓塞术,可有效、动态地改变眼表面泪液动力学。主动限制泪液的排除,重建泪液平衡,是治疗干眼症的有效方法。硅油为一种新方法,操作简便,可逆性强,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of silicone oil lacrimal point or lacrimal duct embolization in the treatment of patients with xemma. Methods 56 cases （112 eyes） of such patients , 35 males （70 eyes） and 21 females （42 eyes）, aging from 24 to 72 years with average of 42 years, were investigated randomly. All patients were fol- low up for 3 months. Results After operation, the tear volume was obviously increased, lacrimal film improved and the dry eye symptoms relieved. Conclusion Silicone oil lacrimal point or lacrimal duct embolization could long- term and dynamically improve tears dynamics on eye. It might be a kind of effect method to treat xemma. |
