| 摘 要： | 目的：考查胃舒平对氧氟沙星药物动力学的影响。方法：用尿药浓度法测定６名志愿者单剂量口服氧氟沙星和口服氧氟沙星时合用胃舒平后的尿药浓度。结果：合用胃舒平时氧氟沙星的吸收达峰时间推迟（Ｐ＜０．０１），其药动学参数合用前后Ｔｍａｘ分别为１．６２ｈ，２．９０ｈ；Ｔ１／２分别为６．７６ｈ，６．４６ｈ；排泄率分别为８７％，８４％。结论：氧氟沙星与胃舒平联用后吸收明显减少，应避免联用

| Abstract: | he concentration of OFLX in urine of six healthy volunters were checked after the tablets of OFLX were taken and the tablets of OFLX with gastropine were taken by single dose. The result shows that the peak value absorbed time of OFLX was obviously delayed ( P < 0.01 ), only when the tablets of OFLX with gastropine were taken. The pharmacokinetic parameters were relatively: T max : 1.62 h, 2.90 h; T 1/2 : 6.76 h, 6.46 h, and the eliminative rate was: 87%, 84%. |
