变应原测试阴性哮喘患者的脱敏及督导

目的研究变应原测试阴性支气管哮喘脱敏的临床意义。方法将门诊及住院的支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用混合液(MI)脱敏,对照组不作脱敏治疗,时间为1年。治疗过程分为常规脱敏和维持脱敏两个阶段。结果观察组与对照组比较,患者的哮喘症状评分日均分明显降低,治疗组哮喘症状评分日均分明显低于治疗前(t=3.17,P<0.01);也明显低于对照组(t=3.33,P<0.01)。疗程结束后患者哮喘症状改善情况自我评价治疗组优于对照组(u=3,P<0.05)。患者年哮喘发作次数、年哮喘就诊次数、年哮喘住院天数均明显降低。治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论用MI对变应原测试阴性的支气管哮喘特异性免疫治疗,能减轻哮喘症状,减少发作、就诊、住院次数,并具有一定的安全性。

Desensitization to Allergens Negative Asthma Patient's and the Direction

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy （SIT） with mixed liquid on allergens negative asthmatic patients. Methods 60 patients be observed,30 in experimental group and 30 in control group. The active group received a treatment with MI, while the control group not of the other. The whole observations lasted a year. The process of treatment was divided into regular and maintain. Results After 1-year treatment, the asthmatic symptoms of the active group patients were improved （t=3.17, P〈0.01）, but patient of the active group were better than those of the control group （t=3.33, P〈0.01）. Besides, on the subjective judgement of the improvement about overall asthmatic symptoms, the active group is better than the control group （u=3.284, P〈0.05）. Patients asthma outbreak number of times per year, the asthma seeing a doctor number of times per year, the asthma in hospital number of days per year obviously reduces. No any severe adverse reaction were shown in the study. Conclusion One year specific immunotherapy with mixed liquid significantly improved symptoms of Allergens negative reaction asthmatic patients, moreover has certain security.
