早发和晚发性精神分裂症的临床行为学对照研究

目的　了解早发和晚发性精神分裂症的临床特征。方法　用MMPI 量表对80 例早发性精神分裂症和79 例晚发性精神分裂症患者进行对照研究。结果　早发组遗传倾向明显, 病前性格异常,冲动行为、思维障碍、情感淡漠等症状发生率高。晚发组女性明显多于男性,精神因素,幻觉、被害妄想、偏执观念、情绪障碍等症状突出。结论　早发和晚发性精神分裂症各有其临床特征,治疗方法亦有异同。

Comparison of clinicalcharacteristics between the early and late onset schizophrenia

Objective To compare the clinical characteristics between early onset and late onset schizophrenia. Method 80 early onset and 79 late onset schizophrenic patients were investigated with MMPI and compared for clinical charactenstics. Results The early onset group had more hereditable feature,more personality disorders,more disoreders of thought and apathy.The late onset group had significantly more females,more hallucination,more persecutory delusion. Conclusion The results suggest that early onset and late onset schizophrenia have different clinical characteristic,so the treatments are different.
