有无自杀抑郁症患者临床对照研究

通过对１３５例住院抑郁症病人按有无自杀意念、自杀行为分组进行对照研究，发现有自杀抑郁症患者发生自杀行为的主要因素与早醒和妄想有关，与无自杀抑郁症患者比较有显著差异。实施自杀前大多有预兆。

Contrast Study of Patients who Have orHave not Suicidal Depression

35 inpatients with depression were groupedand compared according that if they had suicidalideation and behavior or not. The results showedthat the main factors of the petients with suicidal depression who committed suicide were related totheir early awakening and delusions. It had signifi-cant difference compared with those who had no sui-cidal depression. It suggests most the patients havepremonition before committing suicide.
