摘    要:目的:建立下颌第一磨牙桩核冠修复后的三维有限元模型并分析。方法:CT扫描离体下颌第一磨牙,MIMICS软件读取断层影像数据,数据分割、三维重建,GEOMAGIC软件补洞、修整、NURBS曲面拟合,ANSYS软件前处理建立实体模型,然后划分网格并求解。结果:建立了下颌第一磨牙桩核冠的三维有限元模型,包括金合金全冠、铸造金合金桩核、牙根、牙周膜4个部件。结论:应用CT扫描结合逆向工程软件MIMICS和GEOMAGIC建模的方法可行,能较好实现有限元建模的几何相似性、边界约束与载荷相似性、力学性能相似性要求。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a three- dimensional finite element model of the first mandibular molar restored with post core and crown, then to study is internal stress distribution.Method: Agualified three dimensional finite element model was constructed by using SCT image reconstruction technique, applying MIMICS to separate the areas, then calculate in 3D, employing GEOMAGIC to modify and generate a NURBS surface in each patch, and making good use of the ANSYS preprocessor to produce each part of the model. Then meshed and solved the problem.Result: The three-dimensional finite element model of a restored first mandible molar was established, including periodontal ligament, dentin, cast-core gold post and crown,The stress distribution analysis indicateel tent to what was observed in clinical sitnation.Conclusion: SCT image reconstruction technique and using reverse engineering software MIMICS and GEOMAGIC was an practical and accurate way to establish three-dimensional finite element models.
