摘    要:新课程的实施要求教师的理念、心理与行为都要发生实质性的转变。本文从教师重教与重学这对关系入手对教师教学行为进行阐述;提出教师的教学行为要向重学生学的行为转变,教师要不断增强引导学生创新学习的教学能力。

Abstract:The implementation of a new course requires teachers to undergo a substantial change in their ideas,psychology and behavior.Based on the analysis of the relation between teachers' emphasizing teaching and their emphasizing learning,the paper expounds the teachers' teaching behavior,proposes the idea that teachers change their teaching behavior from that of emphasizing teaching to that of emphasizing learning,and stresses that teachers should continuously strengthen the ability of guiding the students' innovation in their studies.
