血液透析患者可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨血液透析患者可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体(sRAGE)与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法:检测76名血透患者的sRAGE水平以及颈动脉粥样硬化超声指标,并选取35名年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照,对sRAGE、颈动脉粥样硬化超声指标及相关临床资料进行分析。结果:血液透析患者的sRAGE水平显著高于健康对照组(P〈0.01)。有糖尿病、冠心病史的血透患者的sRAGE水平较无糖尿病、冠心病史者低(均P〈0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,sRAGE与颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论:血透患者sRAGE水平与颈动脉粥样硬化呈负相关,提示sRAGE是血透患者的一种血管保护因子。

Relationship Between Soluble Receptor of Advanced Glycation end Product and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Patients Under Hemodialysis

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between soluble receptor of advanced glycation end product(sRAGE) and carotid atherosclerosis in patients under hemodialysis.Methods:76 hemodialysis patients and 35 healthy control individuals matched for age and gender were enrolled in this study.The levels of soluble receptor of advanced glycation end productwere measured,and ultrasonographic studies on carotid arteries were performed.The results of ultrasonography,the levels of sRAGE and the other clinical data were analyzed.Results:The hemodialysis patients showed higher levels of sRAGE compared with healthy control individuals.The hemodialysis patients with history of diabetes mellitus or coronary artery disease showed lower levels of sRAGE compared with those with no history of diabetes mellitus or coronary artery disease(P<0.05).Multiple factor linear regression analysis revealed that sRAGE was inversely associated with intimal-medial thickness of carotid(IMT) in patients under hemodialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soluble receptor of advanced glycation end product inversely correlated with carotid atherosclerosis in patients under hemodialysis,suggesting that sRAGE acted as a vasculoprotective factor for atherosclerosis in this population.
