两种排牙方法修复单颌磨牙游离缺失咀嚼效率的比较研究

目的:探讨雕刻牙加金属耐磨片修复单颌双侧磨牙游离缺失的咀嚼效果。方法:收集门诊单颌双侧磨牙游离缺失病例20例,常规铸造支架,分别采用排成品牙和雕刻树脂牙加金属耐磨片两种方法制作活动义齿,经试戴合适,用722型分光光度计测定两种排牙方法修复义齿后患者咀嚼效率。结果:两种排牙方法修复的义齿吸光度值的变化有显著差异(t=9.438,P<0.01),患者对雕刻牙加金属耐磨片修复的义齿评价好。结论:雕刻树脂牙加金属耐磨片修复单颌双侧磨牙游离缺失,患者的咀嚼效率明显提高,病人更加满意。

Comparative Study on the Masticatory Efficiency for the Restoration of Bilateral Molar Distal-extension Edentulous of Single Jaw Using Two Teeth Arrangement Methods

Objective To explore the masticatory efficiency for the restoration of bilateral molar distal-extension edentulous of single jaw using the sculptured resin teeth with wearresistant metal. Methods 20 patients with bilateral molar distal-extension edentulous of single jaw were included in this study. After casting framework as routine,the removable partial dentures were prepared for them using the commercial teeth and the sculptured resin teeth with wearresistant metal arrangement methods respectively. Following the dentures' trying in and fitting well,the masticatory efficiency of two teeth arrangement methods were tested by 722 spectrophotometer. Results The removable denture prepared using the sculptured resin teeth with wearresistant metal presented statistically significantly better masticatory efficiency than which with the commercial teeth arrangement methods (t=9.438,P<0.01),the patients evaluated well for the former. Conclusion Using the sculptured resin teeth with wearresistant metal to restore the bilateral molar distal-extension edentulous of single jaw,the masticatory function of the patients increased obviously,and the patients were satisfied.
