肾静脉血栓的彩色多普勒超声诊断

目的探讨彩色多普勒诊断肾静脉血栓的超声显像及诊断。方法回顾性分析6例肾静脉血栓患者肾脏大小结构,肾静脉主干回声和血流信号,肾内血流等彩色多普勒超声结果。结果肾静脉主干血栓5例,超声显示肾静脉主干充满实性条索状回声,管腔内完全或部分无血流信号显示;肾内小静脉血栓1例,局部区域肾结构模糊,无静脉血流信号。肾内动脉RI均升高(范围0.70～0.92,平均0.86),部分患者出现肾内动脉舒张期反向波。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断本病准确、实用、有助于指导临床治疗和随访观察。

Diagnosis of renal vein thrombosis using color Doppler ultrasonography

Objective To evaluate the imaging and diagnosis of renal vein thrombosis using color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods Ultrasonographic features of 6 patients with renal vein thrombosis were analyzed retrospectively. Renal size, echogenicity, distribution of intrarenal blood signals, Doppler blood flow in mainly renal vein, and resistiveindex (RI) of intrarenal artery were analyzed. Results The imaging of the main renal vein thrombosis in 5 cases showed echogenicity and partial or no color blood flow in the mail renal vein. The imaging of the small intrarenal vein thrombosis in 1 case showed blur of local renal structure without intrarenal blood signals. RI of renal artery showed increase in all patients (range:0.70-0.97, mean 0.86). The reversed diastolic flow of intrarenal artery was detected in same cases. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography is an accurate and practical method in the diagnosis of renal vein thrombosis and follow-up clinically.
