润肠通便颗粒对小鼠便秘及肠推进作用的实验研究

目的研究润肠通便颗粒对小鼠便秘及肠推进作用的影响。方法（1）将50只小鼠随机分为5组,除正常组外,其他4组造模,观察小鼠排便情况,造成小鼠便秘模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、麻仁丸对照组、润肠通便颗粒低、高剂量（3、6 g/kg）组,治疗后观察其排便时间、排便次数、平均便重、大便性状。（2）小鼠40只,随机分为4组,即正常对照组、麻仁丸对照组、润肠通便颗粒低、高剂量（3、6 g/kg）组,观察小鼠灌胃给药后对肠推进的影响。结果造模后模型组大便次数减少、排便时间延长、平均便重减少、粪便量少且发硬,与正常组比较均具有显著性差异;对照组、治疗组与模型组比较,大便次数明显增加,排便时间缩短,平均便重增加,大便性状变软,且治疗组疗效优于对照组,润肠通便颗粒明显能促进小肠推进。结论润肠通便颗粒可以显著缩短便秘小鼠排便时间、增加排便次数及便重、促进小鼠粪便软化,增加肠推进,促进小肠的传输功能。

Experimental Studies of the Effect of Runchangtongbian(RCTB) Granula on Constipation and Intestine Facilitation in Mice
