血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其意义

目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症 (EM)中的表达及其与 EM发病机制的关系。方法 :收集 2 9例EM患者的卵巢子宫内膜异位病灶组织 ,2 9例在位内膜组织及 30例非子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫内膜组织 (对照组 ) ,分别测定 VEGF的表达情况。结果 :1VEGF的表达在位内膜组高于对照组和异位内膜组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,异位内膜组高于对照组 ,差异亦有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2在位内膜组和对照组的不同月经周期 VEGF的表达差异无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF为促进血管生成的重要细胞因子 ,在 EM的异位内膜及在位内膜中均有表达 ,VEGF的促血管生成是 EM发生发展中的一个重要环节。

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCANES OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN PATIENTS WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS

Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF in endometriosis and the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and the mechanism of endometriosis.Methods:The expression of VEGF in 29 cases of endometriosis patients was detected by immunohisto-chemistry methods.Results:The expression of VEGF in eutopic endometrium of EM was significantly higher than that of normal endometrium and ectopic endometrium(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium of ovarian EM was higher than that of normanl endometrium(P<0.05).There were no difference between secretory phase and prolifenative phase in the groups of eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium(P>0.05).Conclusion:VEGF plays a significant role in the regulation of angiogenesis of endometriosis, which was expressed in both eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis. VEGF may play a vital role in the pathophysiology and development of endometriosis.
