摘    要:目的研究降糖宁胶囊中人参的有效成分人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法样品采用双波长薄层扫描法对人参皂苷Rg1进行含量测定,λs为525nm,λR为700nm。结果本法人参皂苷Rg1在0.323-2.584μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.06%(RSD=1.33%,n=5)。结论本法简便,快速,准确,专属性强,可用于本制剂含量测定及质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Jiangtangning Capsules . Method Ginsenoside Rg1 was determined by dual-wavelength TLC-scanning method with 525 nm and 700 nm as the detective wavelength. Result There was a good linear relationship from 0. 323 to 2. 584 μg for ginsenoside Rg1r=0. 999 5. The average recovery was 98.06%(RSD=1. 33% ,n = 5). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Jiangtangning Capsules.
