原癌基因c-jun、c-fos在大鼠牙胚发育过程中的表达

目的：通过观察原癌基因c—jun、c—fos在大鼠牙胚发育过程中时空表达的特点，探讨它在牙胚发育中的作用。方法：制备大鼠牙胚发育各期组织标本，采用免疫组化的方法观察c-jun、c-fos在大鼠牙胚发育不同阶段的表达情况，并对结果进行图像分析和统计学分析。结果：c-jun在大鼠牙胚的蕾状期、帽状期呈阴性表达，在钟状晚期牙胚的成牙本质细胞中呈阳性表达，成釉细胞中亦有表达；c-fos在大鼠牙胚的蕾状期呈阴性表达，帽状期表达于内釉、外釉上皮和星网层，以内釉上皮层表达最强。钟状期表达于成熟的成牙本质细胞，且随着硬组织的形成、矿化，表达逐渐减弱。结论：观察到c-jun、c-fos在大鼠牙胚发育不同时期的表达和表达变化，提示其可能参与成牙本质细胞、成釉细胞的分化和牙本质形成的过程。

Expressions c-jun and c-fos proto-oncogenes at different developmental stages in rat tooth germs

AIM:To evaluate the possible role of c-jun and c-fos proto-oncogenes during rat tooth germs development.METHODS:Examine the expression of c-jun and c-fos in rat tooth germs at different stages by immunhistochemical technique.RESULTS: The expression of c-jun was not detected until in the rat tooth bell stage and was deposited at the nuclei of functional and mature odontoblasts.c-fos was found negative in the rat tooth bud stage,but stained positive in the cup and bell stages.c-jun and c-fos were also detected in the nuclei of ameloblasts.CONCLUSION:The expression of c-jun and c-fos have temporal and spatial characters.These results suggested that c-jun and c-fos may regulate the differentiation of odontoblast and ameloblast cells,and may modulate dentinogenesis.
