| 摘 要： | 目的探讨时钟法在视网膜脱离超声定位诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对41例(44眼)临床诊断为视网膜脱离患者分别运用眼部超声中的时钟法(冠状、矢状、水平3个相互垂直的切面)和临床三面镜检查法对视网膜脱离进行定位诊断,并将其结果进行比较。结果(1)超声能清晰显示和诊断视网膜脱离;(2)时钟法定位诊断结果与临床三面镜检查结果符合率为90.9%(40/44);(3)眼轴位声像图是定位诊断视网膜脱离的前提;(4)十字交叉的2个切面同时发现连于视乳头与晶体旁的“V“形回声带是准确诊断视网膜全脱离的图像要求。结论运用时钟法超声检查能对视网膜脱离作出比较准确的定位诊断。
