良、恶性胸水表达癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸及蛋白的差别

摘    要:目的:分析癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸(CEAmRNA)及蛋白(CEAp)在良、恶性胸水中表达的差别,探讨应用CEAmRNA及CEAp诊断与鉴别诊断恶性胸水的价值。方法:分别采用RT-NP-PCR和MAIA技术检测良性胸水和恶性胸水CEAmRNA和CEAp的表达。结果:恶性胸水表达CEAmRNA和CEAp的阳性率明显高于良性胸水(P〈0.01);恶性胸水中,CEAmRNA的阳性率明显高于CEAp(P〈0.01);良性胸水中,结核性胸水CEAmRNA和CEAp的阳性率最高。结论:CEAmRNA和CEAp均具有恶性胸水标志意义,CEAmRNA诊断恶性胸水的价值明显高于CEAp,但需进一步与结核性胸水鉴别。

STUDY ON THE DIFFERENCE OF CARCINOEMBRYONIC ANTIGEN MRNA AND CARCINOEMBRYONIC ANTIGEN PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN BENIGN AND MALIGNANT PLEU-RAL EFFUSION

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the difference of carcinoembryonic antigen mRNA (CEAmRNA) and carcinoembryonic antigen protein (CEAp) expression in benign and malignant pleural effusion, and investigate the value of these 2 indexes for diagnosis and differential diagnosis malignant pleural effusion.Methods:RT-NP-PCR and MAIA were respectively used to detect the expression of CEAmRNA and CEAp in benign and malignant pleural effusion.Results:The positive rate of CEAmRNA and CEAp in malignant pleural effusion were obviously higher than that of the benign pleural effusion (P 〈 0.01).In malignant pleural effusion,the positive rate of CEAmRNA was significantly higher than CEAp (P 〈 0.01).In benign pleural effusion,the CEAmRNA and CEAp expression of tuberculous effusion was the highest.Conclusions:CEAmRNA and CEAp are useful label to diagnose malignant pleural effusion, the practical value of CEAmRNA for diagnosis malignant pleural effusion is higher than CEAp but need to distinguish further from tuberculous effusion.
