安必洁快速多酶清洗液在手术器械清洗中的应用与效果

目的]提供更加洁净的手术器械,防止医院感染的发生。方法]取使用后的手术器械450件随机分为A组、B组、C组,A组用配制好的安必洁快速多酶清洗液浸泡10min;B组用一般含氯消毒剂浸泡10min;C组用清水浸泡10min。3组浸泡后取出,按常规人工清洗方法抽样检查,比较3组器械清洗后目测的洁净度及残留血污染情况。结果]A组清洁率及残留血检测试合格率与B组、C组分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]采用安必洁快速多酶清洗液手术器械浸泡清洗可以提高清洗质量。
