冠心病合并抑郁症的治疗研究

目的总结冠心病合并抑郁症的治疗经验。方法收集2005年5月—2010年7月在我院住院治疗的56例冠心病合并抑郁症患者,除给予常规的冠心病治疗外,先给予心理治疗,对于心理治疗无效或疗效差者加用药物治疗。结果 46例患者症状好转出院,出院后继续接受冠心病及抗抑郁治疗,通过出院后定期随访,病情稳定,冠心病病情无加重,抑郁症亦逐渐好转,疗效较好。8例患者依从性差,拒绝服用抗抑郁药物,冠心病症状好转后转外院继续治疗,2例患者因冠心病病情危重死亡。结论心理治疗和药物治疗是提治疗高心病合并抑郁症疗效的有效措施。

The Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Depression

Objective Summarized the treatment of coronary heart disease experience depression.Methods Collected from May 2005 to July 2010 in our hospital of 56 patients with coronary heart disease patients with depression,in addition to coronary heart disease treated with conventional treatment,be given psychological treatment.For invalid or poor efficacy of psychotherapy with drug treatment were added.Results Symptoms of 46 patients improved and discharged,and coronary heart disease after discharge from hospital to continue their antidepressant treatment after discharge were followed up by stable disease,CHD increased disease-free,depression has gradually improved,better effect.8 patients with poor compliance,refused to take antidepressant medication,coronary heart disease symptoms improved after the switch to outside hospital for further treatment,2 patients died due to coronary heart disease in critical condition.Conclusion Psychotherapy and drug therapy is to enhance the treatment efficacy of high heart disease with effective measures of depression.
