白藜芦醇对衰老小鼠GSH和抗超氧阴离子自由基含量变化的影响

摘    要:目的:研究白藜芦醇对皮肤的抗衰老作用。方法:健康4月龄昆明种小鼠12只,作为青年对照组(A);健康18月龄昆明种小鼠60只,随机分成5组:老年空白对照组(B)、老年阳性对照组(C)、老年绞股蓝皂苷对照组(D)、老年白藜芦醇高剂量组(E)、老年白藜芦醇低剂量组(F)。每日灌胃给药,以生化分析方法测定GSH及抗超氧阴离子自由基含量。结果:与青年对照组对比其余五个老年组的GSH和抗超氧阴离子自由基含量在药物的作用下明显提高。结论:白藜芦醇能够延缓小鼠的衰老。

Abstract:Objective To study if resveratrol have function on delaying naturally senile mice or not. Methods 12 kind of Kunming age in four-month female small mice contrast a group as youth (A),60 kind of Kunmlng age in eighteen-month female small mice at random divides 5 group, 12 for a group: Old age blank group (B),old age masculine group(C),old age gypenoside group(D),resveratrol high dose(E),resveratrol low dose(F).Filling the stomach with medicine.Determine the content of GSH and anti super oxide anion radical. Results Compares with the youth group,the other five old age group can enhance the content of GSH and anti super oxide anion radical. Conclusion Resveratrol have function on delaying naturally senile mice.
