老年甲状腺功能减退症的误诊分析

目的针对我院近十年来漏诊或误诊的62例成人甲状腺功能减退症病例进行回顾性分析。方法对确诊的62例甲状腺功能减退误诊患者给予甲状腺素片替代治疗。结果 4～6周后62例误诊患者甲状腺功能检查结果趋于正常,症状消失。结论 临床上对治疗效果不好的患者,应想到甲减的可能,常规行甲状腺功能的测定,可降低甲减的误诊率,一旦确诊,及早实施甲状腺素替代疗法并长期维持,以防甲减引起的并发症。

Analysis of Misdiagnosis Cases of the Senile Hypothyroidism

Objective Retrospectively analyzed 62 cases of adult cases of hypothyroidism,which have missed or misdiagnosed in our hospital over the past decade. Methods Hypothyroidism of 62 cases which have misdiagnosed were given thyroxine tablets replacement Therapy. Results It was 62 cases in patients which have misdiagnosis that thyroid function tests become normal and the symptoms disappeared after 4～6 weeks. Conclusion We should thought of hypothyroidism when clinical effect of treatment in patients was bad.It was routine examination of thyroid function can reduce the misdiagnosis of hypothyroidism.Once hypothyroidism was diagnosed,thyroid hormone replacement therapy and early implementation of long-term maintenance to prevent complications Caused by hypothyroidism.
