脑血管病继发癫痫临床特点研究

目的探讨脑血管继发癫痫的临床特征、发作类型及部位。方法对我院2002年6月—2008年12月收治的经CT证实的58例脑血管继发癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,总结该组患者的临床特征、发作类型及部位。结果该组患者的脑血管继发癫痫的发生率为5.36%（58/1082）,癫痫的发病率与脑血管病的发作类型、发病部位、病灶部位有关,其中以脑出血患者、中颞叶、单纯部分性发作的发病率较高,且病灶部分在脑叶和累计大脑皮下较多。结论脑血管病继发癫痫的原因主要与脑水肿有关,病灶主要位于脑叶,发病类型以单纯性部分发作为多,累及大脑皮质者发生癫痫的危险性高。

Clinical Characteristics of Epilepsy Secondary to Cerebrovascular Disease Research

Objective To investigate the cerebrovascular clinical features of epilepsy,seizure type and location.Methods From June 2002 to December 2008 admitted 58 cases confirmed by CT cerebral epilepsy patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical characteristics of this group of patients,seizure type and location.Results Of the group of patients the incidence of cerebral vascular epilepsy was 5.36%(58/1082),the incidence of epilepsy and seizure types of cerebrovascular disease,the incidence area,the lesion site,of which the cerebral hemorrhage patients,the temporal lobe,simple partial seizures have a higher prevalence,and some lesions in the cerebral lobes and total brain,skin more.Conclusion The cause of epilepsy secondary to cerebrovascular disease and brain water mainly related to lesion mainly located in cerebral lobes,the incidence of some type to send as many simple,involving the cerebral cortex are a high risk of epilepsy.
