| 摘 要： | 目的 比较DP 方案与培美曲塞在晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC) 治疗中的近期疗效和毒副反应.方法 NSCLC 患者27例.分别接受DP方案和培美曲塞两种方案的治疗,其中培美曲塞组13例,DP组14例,治疗2个周期后分别评价疗效和毒副反应.结果 有效率培美曲塞组为23.1%,DP组为28.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0....

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity between DP regimen and pemetrexed in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 27 cases with advanced NSCLC were divided into two groups.13 cases received pemetrexed regimen chemotherapy and 14 cases adopted DP regimen chemotherapy.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after two cycles.Results The response rate of the pemetrexed group and DP group were 23.1%and 28.6 % respectively（P0.05）.The major toxicities were bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction.Conclusion Both DP regimen and pemetrexed have shown fairly good result in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.Their toxicities are different.Pemetrexed may be a better choice. |
