稳心颗粒治疗阵发性心房纤颤疗效及安全性研究

目的探讨阵发性心房纤颤应用步长稳心颗粒治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选择阵发性心房纤颤住院患者90例,随机分为两组,治疗组45例,对照组45例。两组患者均给予常规治疗。治疗组加用步长稳心颗粒,1包（5g）/次,开水冲服,3次/d;对照组给予胺碘酮片口服,200mg/次,3次/d,1周后改为200mg/次,2次/d,1周后改为200mg/次,1次/d,疗程为8周。结果治疗组与对照组比较,在临床症状改善与心律失常疗效方面,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论步长稳心颗粒治疗阵发性心房纤颤耐受性好,安全有效。

Observation on the Efficacy and Safety of Buchangwenxin Particles Application on the Treatment of Hospitalized Patients with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective Investigation on the efficacy and safety of Buchangwenxin particles application on the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods Selected 90 hospitalized patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and divided into 2 groups randomly,45 cases of the treatment group,45 cases of the control group,both of the two groups of patients were on the basis of routine treatment.Treatment group were plused with Buchangwenxin particles,1 pack(5g) every time,administrated with boiled water,3 times a day;control group was given amiodarone tablets orally,200mg every time,3 times a day,administrated with 200mg twice daily after 1 week orally,administrated with 200mg once daily after 1 week,treatment for 8 weeks.Results Treatment group and control group,the clinical symptoms improvement and arrhythmia efficacy were significant,and the statistical difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Buchangwenxin particles application on the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation was well tolerated,safe and effective.
