| 摘 要： | 目的：观察长圆针针刺背俞穴治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：遵循随机分组设计原则设立长圆针治疗组和毫针对照组,两组均结合局部毫针围刺及毫针排刺枕部、项部规律性阿是穴,并进行临床疗效对比观察。结果：治疗组83例,治愈率68.67%,总有效率96.39%;对照组78例,治愈率47.45%,总有效率83.33%。两组疗效经统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：长圆针针刺背俞穴治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective The target of this paper is to observe the Clinical effect on treatment of chloasma with Long-round needle acupuncture the Back-Shu acupoints.Methods Patients were divided into 2 groups randomly： Long-round needle treatment group and acupuncture control group.During receiving concurrent therapy,both of the two groups acupunctured lesion sites and the regular ashi points of Cervical part and nuchal region.Results the cure rates were 68.67% and 47.45% in the treatment group and the control group respectively,the total effective rates were 96.39% and 83.33% respectively,both of them have significant difference on the clinical effect（P0.01）.Condusion The patients＇ clinical effect of treatment group treat with Long-round needle acupuncture the Back-Shu acupoints was significantly than that of control group. |
