| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用毛发移植技术治疗小面积眉缺损的疗效。方法：18例小面积眉缺损患者,均为单侧眉缺损,眉毛缺损面积为0.5×0.5cm～1.0×1.0cm。在局麻下从耳后发际内或颞部获取单体毛囊,按照原有眉毛的生长方向植入眉毛缺损处。结果：18例患者术后随访3～10个月。未见移植的眉毛明显脱落,植入的眉毛生长良好,需要7天左右修剪一次。两侧眉毛对称。所有患者对术后效果表示满意。结论：应用单体毛囊移植治疗小面积眉毛缺损,能再造出与对侧健康眉毛相似的眉毛,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of hair transplantation in treatment of small traumatic eyebrow detects.Methods 18 patients with small eyebrow defects performed hair tansplantation.Their eyebrow defects were all in one side eyebrow.The defects were 0.5cm×0.5cm～1.0cm×1.0cm.Single-hair grafts were harvested from the scalp behind ear or pars temporalis.The single-hair grafts were implanted into the defect of eyebrow according to normal directions.Results After 3-10months follow-up,the implanted hairs did not fell out obviously.The reconstructed eyebrows growed slowly,about every 7days needed be trimmed.Two sides eyebrows were symmetry.All patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusion Single-hair transplantation is a good method for small traumatic eyebrow defects. |
