冠心病动态心电图与冠状动脉造影对比研究

目的探讨动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值。方法将120例患者动态心电图与冠状动脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果动态心电图诊断冠心病的灵敏度为69.9%,特异度为85.2%;动态心电图诊断冠心病多支病变的阳性率高于双支病变及单支病变;室性心律失常与冠心病及其严重程度成平行关系;房性心律失常对冠心病的诊断及严重程度亦有一定的指导意义。结论动态心电图是临床诊断冠心病的重要无创检查方法之一,它操作简单、经济、实用,适合临床广泛应用。

Comparative Analysis of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Coronaryarteriography

Objective To investigate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)in diagnosing coronary artery disease.Methods DCG data were compared with that of coronary arteriography(CAG) in 120 patients.Results The sensitivity of DCG on diagnosing coronary artery disease is 69.9%,the specificity is 85.2%;The positive rate of diagnosing multivessel damage of coronary artery disease is significantly higher than diagnosing bivessel damage or monovessel damage by DCG.Ventricular arrhythmia is considered to be associated with CHD and has a parallel correlation with its severity.Atrial arrhythmia also have a important significance on diagnosis of CHD and its severity.Conclusion DCG is one of important non-invasive diagnotic methods in the coronary artery disease.It is simple,economic,practicai,so suitable for extensive clinical practice.
