| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PICC置管与外周静脉输液给药对结核性脑膜炎疗效的影响。方法所有患者均给予常规综合治疗,对照组采用外周静脉输液给药途径,观察组采用PICC置管静脉给药途径。结果观察组患者发热、头痛和恶心呕吐恢复正常时间均明显早于对照组（均P〈0.05）,住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组出现静脉炎3例,静脉栓塞2例,观察组无1例,仅出现导管脱落1例,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PICC置管能够促进药物吸收,提高临床疗效,减少并发症,应在结脑治疗中广泛推广应用。
