| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清.方法 采用放射免疫分析法和酶联法对36例卵巢癌惠者进行了手术治疗前后血清CA125、VEGF和IL-8水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较.结果 卵巢癌患者在手术治疗前血清CA125、VEGF 和 IL-8 水平非常显著地高于正常人组.手术治疗6个月后则与正常人比较无显著性差异(P...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum CA125,VEGF and IL-8 levels after operation treatment in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods Serum CA125,IL-8（with RIA）.VEGF（with ELISA） levels were measured in 36 patients with ovarian cancer both before and after operative treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Before operative treatment the serum CA125,VEGF and IL-8 levels in patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（P0.01）.6 months after operative treatment,the serum CA125,VEGF and IL-8 levels in patients were not much different from those in the controls（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum levels of CA125,VEGF and IL-8 levels were closely related to the disease status in patients with ovarian cancer. |
