经络综合疗法配合功能锻炼治疗小儿脑性瘫痪75例

脑性瘫痪是儿科难治之症。我们采用经络综合疗法(包括头针、体针、穴位注射、耳穴贴压、点穴、按摩等)配合功能锻炼对75例患儿进行了治疗观察。疗程最短10次(20天),最长120次(1年)。按运动功能和社会适应性行为两大方面进行疗效评判,并对治疗60次(6个疗程)以上的30例患儿进行治疗前后智商对照。结果表明经络综合疗法不仅改善了患儿的运动功能,而且还提高了患儿的智力。

75 Infantile Palsy Children Treated with Acupuncture,Acupressure and Functional Training

In treating. infantile cerebral palsy(CP), 75 CP children were treated with a comprehensivemeridian therapy including scalp and body acupuncture, acu-point injection and auriculo-pointstimulation, supplemented with acu-pressure and massage, and functional training. A minimum of 10times of treatment within twenty days, and a maximum of 120 times within a year was performed.The effect of the treatment was evaluated by appraising the children's performance of physicalexercise and their social adaptability. The intelligence quotient (IQ) of 30 sick children that had beentreated for 60 times (6 courses) was compared prior to and after treatment. It indicates that thetreatment yielded a very positive improvement in the children's physical capability and an increaseof their intelligence.
