护士心理健康状况及影响因素分析

目的了解护士的心理健康状况及影响因素,为今后护士心理健康工作提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取山西省太原市不同医院护士600名,进行心理健康水平、职业应激水平和应对方式调查;采用SAS软件进行统计分析。结果护士症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷中的焦虑、强迫、躯体化、精神病性因子得分明显低于常模水平(P<0.01);护士SCL-90问卷总均分与工作环境满意度得分及自责、幻想、退避、合理化应对方式得分呈显著正相关;与解决问题应对方式得分呈显著负相关。结论护士的总体心理健康状况低于全国常模水平,积极的应对方式和体育锻炼有助于提高护士的心理健康水平。

Mental health situation and its influencing factors in nurses

ObjectiveTo understand the mental health state and related factors of the nurses and to provide scientific basis for mental health work in the nurses.Methods600 nurses were tested with symptom check list 90(SCL-90), M clean's Work Stress Questionnaire(MWSQ),and coping style's questionnaire by stratified random sampling.ResultsThe nurses had higher scores in anxiety,compulsion,physical condition and psychiatric than the normal score of the nation.The average score of mental health was positively correlated with the coping scores such as self-accusation,illusion,retreat,and rationalization,and negatively correlated with the coping scores of settlement.ConclusionThe nurses' psychological health level was worse than that of the normal,and physical training and more positive coping style may be helpful to their mental health.
