人工股骨头置换手术并发症发生的原因分析

目的：总结人工股骨头置换术并发症发生的原因以提高手术疗效。方法：对接受人工股骨头置换手术的158例(161髋)患者随访8个月～6年，了解并发症的发生率及原因。结果：158例患者中出现并发症9例(9髋)。其中发生股骨头脱位3例(1．9％)；粗隆部骨折4例(2．5％)；假体柄尾穿出股骨外2例(1．2％)。结论：人工股骨头置换术作为重建髋关节功能的有效治疗方法，尤其对于提高老年人生活质量起到积极作用。其并发症发生与手术操作技术、假体选择以及老年人骨质疏松有关。

Analysis on the Causes of Complication Following Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

Objective: To sum up the causes of complications following artificial femoral head replacement. Methods: From July 1987 to June 2003, 158 cases of 161 femoral neck fracture treated with the artificial femoral head replacement were reviewed. All patients were followed up for 8 to 72 months. Results: There were 8 patients with various complications: the local infection in 3 cases (1.9 %), the tuberosity of femur fracture in 4 cases (2.5%) , artificial femoral head handle through the femoral cortical in 2 cases (1.2 %). Conclusion: Artificial femoral head replacement is a good method in the treatment of femoral neck fracture for elderly patient. The causes of the complications include the doctor's skills, arhificial femoral head selection and osteoporosis of the aged.
