| 摘 要： | <伤寒论>"三急下"病证辨治,皆为救阴而设.阳明邪实火热伤津、少阴正虚津亏火旺,两者虽病变因机有别,虚实病证有异,一为邪实致虚,一为因虚致实,但热盛火旺、阴津亏虚则一.故宜急下火热实邪以存虚亏之阴津.

| Abstract: | The treatment method of three timely purgation factors of heat in Yangming and deficiency of fluids and Qi in Shaoyin,both of them can lead to the lack of fluids and Yin in the human body,although the differentiation of symtoms and signs are different.As a result,timely purgation should be used to diminish the pathogenic factor of heat in order to preserve Yin and fluids. |
