乳腺肿块的超声诊断与细胞穿刺诊断对比研究

目的 通过对乳腺肿块的超声诊断与细胞学穿刺诊断对比分析,提高乳腺疾病的诊断准确率.方法 经超声检查,细胞学穿刺检查诊断,与手术后病理进行对比研究.结果 超声检查与细胞学检查都具有一定诊断正确性,对一些特殊病理,单项检查很难做出正确诊断.结论 非典型超声声像图的乳腺肿块,诊断较为困难,需与细胞学或其他检查相结合,有助于提高诊断的准确率.

A Comparative Study About Ultrasonography and Cytology in Diagnosis of Breast Tumor

Objective To comparatively analyze the diagnosis with ultrasonography and cytology in order to improve the rate of diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods To make a comparative study about the diagnosis results of ultrasonography and cytology with surgery and patholo- gy. Results Both are certainly effective, but only ultrasonography or cytology is difficult to accurately diagnose some especial cases. Conclusions Breast tumors with atypical ultrasonic images are difficult to diagnose. It will be helpful to improve the rate of diagnosis with cytology or some other techniques.
