| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫分析法和比浊法,分别检测58例脑血栓形成患者脑脊液(CSF)的β_2—微球蛋白(β_2—M)及液菌酶(LZM)的浓度。疾病组急性期与对照组的β_2—M 有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而疾病组急性期与对照组的 LZM 无差异(P<0.05)。对其中20例脑血栓形成患者进行了动态观察,结果二者均随病情好转而下降,但二者无相关性。本文对其机制和临床意义作了讨论。

| Abstract: | The levels of β_2-microglobulin(β_2-M)and lysozyme(LZM) in C.S.F in 58 pa- tients with cerebrovascular thrombosis were studied with radioimmunoassay and turbi- dmetric method.The concentration of CSF-β_2-M of cerebrovascular thrombosis in ac- ute stage is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and that of CSF- LZM has no different between the disorder group and the control group(P>0.05). 20 of 58 patients with cerebrovascular thrombosis are studied in acute stage and resolving stage.The results show that CSF-β_2-M and CSF-LZM decrease companing the improvement of situation,while no correlation is found between them.The mechanisms and the clinic significance are discussed. |
