麻黄炮制的现代研究进展

摘    要:近年对麻黄的炮制研究主要集中在炮制前后化学成分、药理作用的比较及炮制工艺研究上,其炮制方法有蜜炙、清炒、沸水泡、酒炙、姜炙、醋炙等,化学成分现代研究最多的主要有效成分为生物碱和挥发油,药理作用显示麻黄不同炮制品种由于成分变化不同而可能导致的药效差异。

Abstract:Recently the research of ephedra processing were focused on the chemical constitutions before or after processing,the comparison of pharmacological action and processing technology Research.The Method of Processing have had stir-frying with honey,simple stir-frying,stiring with boiling water,stir-frying with wine,stir-frying with ginger and stir-frying with vinegar,et al.The Research of Chemical Constitutions were focused on the main effective components-alkaloid and volatile oil.The Research of Pharmacological Action displayed different ephedra processed Products have different efficacy because of the constitution change.
